The son of an oppressed West Indian and a Midwest pimp, Dolla’s diverse foundation leads to a key theme of strength in the face of adversity in his music. He is an artist with the uncanny ability to within moments create freestyles equally as heartfelt as his written word. He uses his witty wordplay and versatile voice to soften the blow of graphical accounts of life “From the Heart of a Hustla.” Whether he is inspiring you to get crunk or get that money, Dolla is a born leader and a natural talent. Dolla Bill long ago established a reputation for quality- regardless of what he was delivering, and created a buzz on the streets before ever picking up a microphone. He gained the attention of local promoters as a freestyle artist and has opened for many of today’s hottest acts including Lil’ Jon and the Eastside Boys, Ludacris, the Ying Yang Twins, and Young Jeezy. After years of blessing other up-and-coming hip hop artists with his lyrical abilities, this multi-talented artist, writer, and producer established the Money Tree Corporation/Locked In My Room Entertainment © in 2004.
