About Me |

| We are a 4-piece band that originated out of the Nashville area. It doesn't matter where we all came from, all we know is that we are here making music we like. We started in '05 as The Miserables. Hero and Chris dumped the other two members and gained new ones and changed the name to The Fakes. The Fakes now feel the line-up is solid, until Bacon realizes that Family Plot is going further than us. We put out a 6-song EP entitled "Fuck the Fakes" which is out of print. Our full-length will be out soon. After three drummers and three bass players we have changed, we sound more like shit, but we also have less care in that area. Our favorite pre-show ritual is making fun of each other till we hate each other's guts. | |
