If you can't find it in your favourite import store, please check out the following online shops: http://www.recordshopx.com/ , http://www.stupido.fi/shop/index,eng.php or http://www.primecuts.fi/ pre-orders can also be made from http://www.jukeboxshop.net/ Check also www.presencerecords.fi for more information ~ A Brief Introduction Into Travelling In Time ~ Well, TIME TRAVELLER’s 1st album is my first effort as a solo album – it is entirely composed / arranged / produced / recorded / mixed,and for the most part, also played by me in my full-analog home ‘studio’ (read: an old Fostex 16 tracker, crappy mixer and few cheap echos.. ;0)) ‘with a little help from my friends’ Esko ‘Zeko’ Takamäki, who played the drums and percussion instruments, Timo Ristilä, who played theGREAT Moog solo on ‘Part One: The Pioneers’ and the violinist Sanna Ågren, who played the magnificient violin parts on ‘Part Seven: The Release’. And of course, my good friend Pertti Hakala should also be mentioned, as he has been acting as an ‘assistant producer’ giving his valuable points of viewon the tunes (also the song titles are by him). As being a long-term proghead, the album is naturally, accordingly to it’s genre, a concept album.. and yes, it IS about travelling in space & time :0) .I’ve planned this production to be a trilogy - this first album consists on the first two Chapters (I & II), second album will consist on Chapters III & IVand naturally the trilogy’s last album will consist on Chapters V & VI………… oh btw, the contents on this first album are as follow: CHAPTER I: THE JOURNEY Launch Part One: The Pioneers Shifting (Or The Introduction to The Traveller) Part Two: The Traveller Part Three: Floating CHAPTER II: CIRCUMSTANCES Part Four: The Chase Part Five: The Great Escape Part Six: Dead End Part Seven: The Release Outro By the time writing this, the final LP / cd mastering is still to be processed (YES, it’s gonna be available as vinyl with gatefold cover also!!)and the release is scheduled to springtime 2008. It is also very much likely that I congregate the band for the possible tour promoting this release.
