2006: Verge of Collapse solidified their brutal wall of sound with the addition of Nate “Norch” Merchant on lead guitar.Verge of Collapse releases their first , self-titled album, which was recorded at the Woodshed Studios in Rochester, MNBassist Dom Avila leaves the band to pursue a different path and is quickly replaced by Luke Hendrickson at the end of 2006 Having recorded their first cd , the band embarked on the long journey of playing shows everywhere they could from Rochester to Brainerd, MN and everywhere in between with many local acts as well as a few national acts.2007: Verge of Collapse packs shows in the Rochester area to capacity and plays at highly successful benefit shows for local charity services, all the while gaining a solid fan base local and abroad. 2008: Verge of Collapse releases their 2nd recording “Live At Rochstock” February, Vocalist Adam Kopsidas leaves the band for personal reasons only to return in July.Verge of Collapse is always interested in show trades/opportunities at venues in all locations.
