| Hello and welcome to my; MySpace page, if you received a friends request from me and do not have a clue who the hell I am it is probably because I heard of you or found you via one of several sources. The first is one of Marc Gunn's many the PodCasts (which I suspect is his attempt to take over Itunes, which is cool with me, I do not like Steve Jobs anyway.} Kristen Rogers is his cohort in crime with the The Renaissance Festival Music Podcast , but she does play Casper the friendly Ghost on occasion leaving Marc to do it alone, but all of the Podcasts Marc puts together are good to great depending on the week so they are worth the download even if he has a disappearing partner lol. The Irish and Celtic Music Podcast Official Site The Renaissance Festival Music Podcast Official Site The Brobdingnagian Bards {A Brobdingnagian Minute - Novelty Music Podcast} Podcast Official Site w:Andrew Mckee and the The Pub Songs Podcast Official Site Second is a plethora of PodCasts that Marc refers his listeners to and man can that list get long lol, I have not kept them all, but the ones I liked enough to subscribe to are Cleveland Celtic PodCast Official Site HorseAndRabbit Video PodCast Official Site (which is really cool since you can see what they are talking about) and the Irish Fireside PodCast Official Site (a little out of my norm, but I highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Ireland and they do put in a song at the end of most PodCasts} you might also want to note that they have put out one slide show in bedded into their cast once and one video cast, so just don't expect a sound only show from them, they do tend to change it up from time to time to suit their needs. Third Bolt Talk Podcast Official Site and you can throw in the Padres too if I find a Podcast For them, if you do not know who they are, they are San Diego, Ca sport teams Forth, but not least,I might hit up a few site connected to Pottercast PodCast Official Site I love the show, but... well let me put it this way, I am 42 and most of their listeners, even the older ones, are not quite that old and you might say there is a tad bit of a generation gap there. If you are looking to know what is going on in the Harry Potter world, their PodCast is a must listen to, but I am not to interested in what is happening after the next High School/ College Sports game so not to many of there listeners really attract me to hit the add friends button. The reason why I choose to hit the friend button will usually be at least two fold, {unless I seriously like the one key point on your page} maybe more, but comes down to people I have common-denominators with, like music and then the art on your page, or maybe the art along with something you blogged or some sort of combination like that and basically I am looking for the easiest way to see if something else pops up in your domain that I am interested it. Will I be haunting your site daily? I think that would be impossible for me to do with all the friends I have on my page, but you might send out a bulletin that catches my eye or I might subscribe to your blob and pick it up that way. Well that is a little bit about how I found you and why I hit the friends button, perhaps I will put out some info about me {info about me in the info about me section, who would think of that} the next time I get some time John B. |
