About Me |

| Balanced Records is a collective of musicians and producers residing in a Canadian urban situation that has several months of winter. The majority of our activity revolves around making electronic music while hibernating indoors.
We have been electronically fed global culture in a geographically isolated city. As a result our feedback is the sound of an electronic community that is secretly hidden behind an ocean of wheat and snow. We find ourselves expressing influences from the far reaches of global percussions to the playfulness of early 80s and 90s electro media; the carefree spirit of jazz to the mellow depths of dub. otherwise, we just really like music. |
