Mon nom est Jean Perron, je suis écrivain et artiste multidisciplinaire, et les photos numériques qui accompagnent ma musique font partie de mon travail en arts visuels. Orchestre fugitif est le projet d'un homme-orchestre. En écoutant ma musique instrumentale, vous entendrez un duo de guitares, mais il n'y a qu'un seul musicien. Fugitif? Peut-être parce que je fuis le formatage de l'industrie musicale, les marchés à créneaux et le show-business. Le nom Orchestre fugitif est aussi le titre d'un de mes livres de poésie. Vous trouverez peut-être curieux qu'un auteur publié se lance dans la musique instrumentale plutôt que dans la chanson à texte. En fait, j'ai aussi à mon actif des chansons et des poèmes mis en musique. Je vous invite à visionner quelques-uns de mes courts métrages dans lesquels il y a parfois du texte. Dans le premier, vous pourrez même m'entendre chanter. Ma page blogspot présente aussi des nouvelles et des poèmes ainsi que des liens vers mes livres et ma page YouTube. Toutefois, dans Orchestre fugitif, je laisse chanter ma guitare, et la musique, qui est un langage en soi, occupe tout l'espace. Je joue aussi à l'occasion avec d'autres musiciens qui pourraient éventuellement participer à mes enregistrements. Orchestre fugitif, c'est le plaisir de composer, de jouer et d'enregistrer en toute liberté, c'est le bonheur en cavale. ENGLISH VERSION My name is Jean Perron, I'm a writer and multidisciplinary artist, and the digital pictures coupled with my music are part of my work in visual arts. Orchestre fugitif (fugitive orchestra) is a one-man band project. When listening to my instrumental music, you will hear a duo of guitars but there is only one musician. Fugitive? Maybe because I run away from music industry formatting, niche markets and show business. The name Orchestre fugitif is also the title of one of my poetry books. You may find peculiar that a published writer is getting into instrumental music instead of songs with lyrics. In fact, to my credit, I also have songs and poems put to music. I invite you to watch a few of my clips in which there is sometimes text (in French). In the first one, you will even hear me sing. My blogspot page also features short stories and poems and links to my books and my YouTube page. However, in Orchestre fugitif, I let my guitar do the singing, and music, which is a language by itself, entirely takes over. I also play with other musicians who could later participate in my recordings. Orchestre fugitif, it's the pleasure to compose, play and record freely, it's happiness on the run. |
