That’s exactly the approach that Thirteen Yards To Victory took when writing for their new EP. “Reflections” is a refreshing, enthralling outlook on today’s overcrowded post-hardcore scene. The new album features melody driven guitars, pulsing bass, heart-pounding drums, and an onslaught of memorable vocals. Forming in the outskirts of Boston, MA in late 2005, Thirteen Yards To Victory is no stranger to hard work. Earning a slot on the 2007 Boston Vans Warped Tour date, booking 3 independent tours, and even winning a recording session at the renowned Longview Farm Studios, the band shows no signs of relenting. After a successful 2007, the band hopes to take 2008 to new heights. “Reflections” – the follow up to 2006’s “Feudal Efforts Make Futile Friends” hopes to expand the band’s audience and captivate new listeners.
