I'm a person who lives in two worlds that ordinarily don't mix. I have one foot in the alternative music world and the other in the corporate 9 to 5 world. I have been in many music scenes over the years including punk, metal, and rocabilly. I worked hard to complete my degree and I continue to work hard to further my career. I like things that are fun, interesting, intriguing, and intense. I seek fun and enjoyment over acquisition of material possessions. Work for me is a means to and end and not an end in and of itself. I do my best to live life in the present moment instead of the future. I try to have fun whenever I can though at times I can be overly serious. Like many people, who I am has been forged in my past experiences and beliefs. I believe that adversity makes one stronger. I also belive that it's not what happens to a person that defines who he is but what he chooses to do with the situation. I have survived my share of hard times including a near fatal car accident, cancer, and a personal deep black hole that took me months to crawl out of. I admire anyone who can turn a difficult situation into an opportunity. I seek challenges over just coasting. I am always working towards personal growth in all areas of life. |
