Background from flickr user Myspace Graphics I tell myself everyone morning: I might be too empathetic and really can't subject myself to miserable, depressed people who just can't make a decision to get up and have a good day. I know that in many cases it's chemical, however getting out in the sun (when there is sun) and getting a little exercise in can make a bit of difference I believe. There has to be something that makes each and everyone of us tick. If that means putting things aside for a short period of time to take a breath and get away from it all, then that's what I have to do. Keep smiling and after a while everyone else will smile around you. It's not about being a people pleaser, but more about spreading happiness to each other. If we all did this, there would be no more bad days. Find a way to relate to everyone, I was raised by everyone so that shouldn't be a problem. Keep smiling and find enough love for everyone!! |
