Sängerin und Songwriterin Shanne Crooks, wurde am 31.08.82 im Süden Floridas geboren und lebt nun in Nashville, Tenessee. Ihre Musik ist einladend und ausdrucksvoll, mit einer Botschaft, die sowohl Männer, als auch Frauen anspricht: Sei ehrlich zu Dir selbst, sei stark und sei schön.
Inspiriert von einer Spannbreite namenhafter Musiker, wie Aerosmith, Aretha Franklin und Stevie Wonder, verbindet Shanna die Elemente in einem Mix aus Soul, Pop und Rock. Das Ergebnis sind emotionale Texte, die im Gedächtnis bleiben.
Shanna teilte sich die Bühne bereits mit Größen wie Patti Labelle, Michael McDonald und Lionel Richie. Zuvor tourte sie die letzten Jahre intensiv, mit über 500 Show und zahllosen Radio und TV Auftritten.
John Rich, von „Big and Rich“, gab Shanna 2005 einen Plattenvertrag. Seitdem schrieb sie über 75 Songs. Rich sagt über sie: „Eine der besten Songwriter und beeindruckendsten Menschen, die ich seit langem getroffen habe“.Am dritten Februar dieses Jahres, erschien ihre erste Single "Wakin.. up to love" auf I-Tunes und dem amerikanischen Amazon. Gleichzeitig wurde der Song Jingle für das amerikanische Hautpflegeprodukt "Clean and clear". Derzeit steht sie in den New Yorker Studios, um ihr Album zu komplettieren.

Biographie

Singer and Songwriter Shanna Crooks was born in southern Florida at 31.08.82, now living in Nashville, Tenessee. Her music is both relatable and inviting with a message that speaks volumes to both men and women: Be true to yourself; Be strong and be beautiful.
Influenced by popular musicians like Aerosmith, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder Shanna carries with her the perfect mix of soul, pop and rock. Catchy sing-a-long melodies with intelligent and emotional lyrics.
Shanna Crooks already shared the stage with greats like Patti Labelle, Michael McDonald and Lionel Richie. Previoulsy she has toured extensively in the past few years, performing over 500 shows, and has made various radio and television appearances.
John Rich, of Big and Rich, signed Shanna to a publishing deal in 2005 and Shanna has written over 75 songs since then.
