| Hello welcome to Chanelle’s myspace, thanks for passing through.“Music is food for the soul and there is soul in all music”.Chanelle Simon is a 25 year old singer songwriter from west London. Her voice has presence and creativity. Not only is she an outstanding talent but also an incredible live performer. With an eclectic and diverse taste for music she has been able to infuse different genres of music styles into her song compositions from jazz to pop.Chanelle is currently on the indie circuit in the UK and has performed with a number of up and coming bands. She has worked with a number of producers and has collaborated with many other artists offering both co-writes and/or session vocals.Music has always been one of Chanelle’s biggest passions. Growing up in a musical household with her father playing the saxophone has had a great influence on her love and passion for music. During her school years she learnt to play the clarinet and took part in many regional singing competitions, often achieving first or second place. She started writing when she was 17 and has written commercially for other artists. Chanelle is currently working on her own projects and has adopted an acoustic story telling style.She aims to work with the most talented and creative people within the uk industry to ensure her own personal growth as a singer songwriter.All the songs on this page have been written by Chanelle.
