About Me

My name is Alan Wycherley, I'm 29 and I guess I'm now a singer songwriter. I've been in a number of ill fated bands over the last 6 years. Most of which never got off the ground. I've never wanted to be a singer songwriter and will hopefully start up my own band in a year or so but for now I think that more progress can be made if I go it alone.I've been writing songs since I can remember but only took up playing the guitar three years ago.

Am I addicted?

The weekend's over, back to reality

Just had such a good weekend. I wont bore anyone with the details. Let's just say it was the sort of weekend you get a couple of times a year if you're lucky. You don't set out to make it a great week...

I went to see Joe Purdy last night and was once again blown away by the power of the man. Joe seems to be able to get inside your mind so easily. He can sing about beeing a cowboy and you feel like yo...

Too much fun not enough realisation?

Ideas and thoughts are flooding through my head at the moment. It feels as if I'm getting closer to myself with every passing nightshift. Last night, despite all the hard work, I had such a laugh. Ove...
