Artwork by Seldon Hunt The Binding is a 5 piece mathy metal band from Northern, NJ. We broke up in the summer of '05, playing our last show on June 8th at the Bloomfield Ave Cafe and Stage in Montclair, NJ alongside Into The Moat and The End. We released one ep on Imagine It Records that recieved rave reviews from the extreme metal community (see below) and we have been told that we were way ahead of our time. We have since moved on (literally), with members relocating to San Diego, California; Pennsylvania, New York City and even Omaha, Nebraska. **After being away from the band for over a year, we collectively decided it was time to bring it back. We are back and with more vigor than ever before. We will be touring a good portion of the US in June and July. We hope you will come along for the ride...
