Baines has toured and recorded with many artists as a bass player and singer such as Vanessa Hudgens, Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Drew Seeley, the "High School Musical" concert, Keiko Matsui, Lee Ritenour, Melissa Manchester, Ali Woodson, El Chicano, Hugh Masakela, Billy Miles, Gregg Karukas, Nelson Rangell, Danny Seraphine, Richard Street and many more. He's appeared on 'The Late Show with Craig Ferguson', 'The CBS Early Show', 'Morning Becomes Eclectic' and many other local TV and radio shows across the country. He's traveled all over the world in air planes, trains, busses, and boats and loves the adventure. He has a reputation for being professional, prepared and a whole lot of fun. Baines started working in clubs in Denver when he was 19 years old. Sometimes playing 7 nights a week in blues bands, cover bands and various original projects, his skills and talent quickly made him an in-demand singing, bass player. He eventually worked his way into the band of saxophonist Nelson Rangell and began to tour the country with him. He also spent many hours in the studios honing his skills and playing on records and jingles that still play on the radio in Denver. After a few years and two albums with Rangell, Baines knew it was time to move on and he relocated to Los Angeles, CA where he now resides. As a singer/songwriter Baines has three albums under his belt of songs that he's written and produced. His latest release, Reinvention, is a pop-rock record thats acoustic guitar based. He has been performing in the L.A. area with his band of top L.A. musicians. Baines also has years of studio experience as a singer. He's sang on many jingles, records, demos and has a talent for coming up with great backing parts. Baines has a catalog of well over a hundred songs that he's written or co-written and writes everyday. As a producer Baines has produced everything from songwriting demos to records to music for T.V. besides his own three albums. He's been producing since he first walked into a recording studio when he was 14 years old. He is constantly working on projects in all different styles of music from jazz to R&B to rock, etc..
