| www.myspaceeditor.itMy life so far – I began studying guitar at a Conservatory (Music School) when I was 11 years old, studying under one of Italy’s top guitarists, Mauro Storti. At 15, I formed my first group called “Purple Haze”, performing my own Hendrix style music, and then played in other groups “Ernia” and “La Genesis” & “Pattona”. When I was 16 I turned professional playing, whit a number of different group playing disco/dance music in club & discotheques around Italy. In 1978 I embarked on my first tour whit “Jerry Manton & the Supersonic Bnad”, and worked also as a session man and vocalist whit Foni Cetra records and whit Albertelli, as a session man and doing promotional work. In 1979 I did several tours whit Martini&Berthe. And in 1981 embarked on a world tour whit the group “Moovies Light”, playing blues, rock& country music. In 1984 I did recording work in Spain whit Jose Barrios, and two of my own songs are featured on his album “Mi diario”. 1985 saw me in the U.S.A. where I played and studied whit the likes of Scott Henderson and Joe Diorio. After that I moved to Finland where I wrote songs for a number of Finnish artists such as Lea Haven and Arto Martiskainen. Finnaly, in 1987. I moved back to Italy, playing in a number of different groups. In 1991 I wrote and produced a song for the club/discotheque in Riccione, which became a summer hit record played regulary on Radio Deejay (national radio station) from its broadcasting base there. I decided to move to Riccione and opened a recording studio, producing many successful records for the techno/house/dance music scene. In 1997, I wrote two songs for the soundtrack of the film “Abyssinia” starring Zingarelli, Adorf & Vukotic broadcast on TV by RAI- TRADE. I continued working with RAI-TRADE writing and producing instrumental 60’s style music used as background music for their programs and adverts. Finally in 2000, I moved back to Piacenza where I now teach guitar at two important music schools in the area, as well as giving private tuition to a number of students of all ages. I am currently writing a modern guitar tutorial book which will also include CD’s and instructional DVD’s. As for my own music, my main project is whit my own group “Big Muff Project” playing Prg-rock, and we are working on a CD at present.
