| K-LABS
K-LABS (Knowledge Liberates A Burdened Society) started his musical life on the tuba and currently finds himself on turn tables. Somewhere in between he dabbled on bass guitar, shredded on electric guitar and tried his hand at digital music. With a general “Fuck ‘em!” attitude, The Lab Rat follows no one’s drum beat but the one he’s scratching on. Meeting V.A.L.I.S., RedGoat, and Beatmaster Trash and helping build Schizophonics gave K-LABS a home for his one true love. Music is required but the rest of life is only to maintain a vessel with which to make more music. K-LABS will soon be dropping his debut album, P.O.I.S.E. (Product Of an Independent Sub-culture). Beatmaster Trash Jacksonville's own Beatmaster Trash, most known for his enormous 400+ catalog of hip-hop beats, comes equipped with blunt punch you in the face lyrics about life and independent thinking, a constant evolving flow that seperates his style from any other emcee, and the live energy of a crazy deathmetal band. Currently Trash is putting together a collection of songs together to drop 2 albums hopefully in early 2010. The first being a combination of solo songs with a few guest appearances titled "TALES FROM THE DUMP." The second being a selection of collaborative efforts with fellow Schizophonics members titled "SCHIZO SPITS MAD HEAT ON TRASH BEATS." V.A.L.I.S. V.A.L.I.S. is the moniker chosen for the Florida based emcee/musician named Matthew Conlee. Having logged years of writing/recording/and performing rock and metal music, his primary focus for a while has been hip-hop. With an aggresive baritone vocal attack and rapid fire delivery V.A.L.I.S. rips through pages of metaphor laced raps on his solo and collaborative songs. Currently he is building a repertoire of songs for an upcoming album called "Questions of an obsessive Nature" . RedGoat Goat hails from deep in the woods where the rednecks reign. Not one for hunting or Klan rallies, he stayed indoors, read books and experimented with various drugs. Upon finding his inner rhythm, he began developing a relationship with Music Theory. She introduced him to her friend Word Play and the most moving menage a trois ensued, forging an addiction to sonic creations of his own devising. His courting of Production was obvious and inevitable, and she welcomed him with open arms.
