Life is a collective effort, everything we do involves teamwork and sharing ideas. When Ben Hameen and J. Mil started working together in early 2002, an instant chemistry developed. Realizing that their goals were one and the same, the duo started collaborating regularly, and began work on solo projects. Bambu the Asiatic fell right into place with his positive raps and powerful, distinct voice. All three decided to collect their efforts and started making music on a regular basis, combining their love of music with their passion for the the written word. DJ Creashun adds the final ingredient with tasteful cuts on a number of tracks. The end result is an amalgamation of "thoughtful rhymes, melodic hooks and instrumentation, and creative beats by Hameen, Mil and even Bambu has stepped up to the production plate. So far, Collective Efforts work consists of songs recorded solely by Ben Hameen at the Hameen's Crib and The CE Mansion.
