| Ahoy!Heres my story,such as it is. I started off on guitar.did badly.Stoped.Started again and made a very concerted effort for many years.Did OK,but everyonbe was better.I concentrated on doing Rock Photos which I accelled at rather well.One day a bass found me and it started me off in the world of playing in bands. I was in:The DT Maryters,Charlie Pickett and the Eggs,The Chant,The Vidalias,The Bogues and the Skylarks.I ws on 2 records by the Chant,2 by the Vidalias (and assorted singles),one by the Bogues and the Skylarks. This of course started in 81 and runs thru to today.Except the Skylarks havent played in over 2 years.So Im stuck playing in the living room to no one for nothing,just like being in a band only not having to leave home. Recently I played a one off with some friends for a benefit for an animal shelter.That was fun and a good cause. Other musical endovours was producing (or co-producing) The incredible Jody Grind first LP:One mans Trash(Atlanta).The Muliti Color House LP (from Tampa).Did a Monkees Tribute CD called Hear No Evil.have a 6 song ep thats not out,but a single with 2 of those songs.In 1990,I sold T-Shirt with the Siols tour.That was simply amazing. Last time I played a lot,I was in a local production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch.That was fun.I was totally out of my league,but they all covered for me and we had the time of out lives.That was 2003.Seems like a lifetime ago. Right now,Im working and planning my next musical project.But till then,Ive been doing a little indi movie work which has been incredibly fun.Looking to do another musical play if theres one about.
