| real editor best profile tools What the hell is a Cruxian? Crucian- a person from the island of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. The name hadn't been taken yet; (unlike such inspiring names as Red Light Go, Half Step Back, Trial By Fire, and the omnipotent Money Ballaz) we found it as a fitting band name. And then we subtracted a C and added an X just to make things just that more bad ass. You're probably listening to the songs and thinking: wow, these guys are eclectic to say the least!Cruxian consists of four well rounded and highly accomplished musicians from all across the United States (Boston, San Jose, Miami, Albany) Joining forces in the fall of 2007 they have become a Rock juggernaut in the Boston area, priding themselves on transcending and destroying mere genres. Although Cruxian is first and foremost a rock band, we're about rising up, having fun and being the hardest rockers on this side of the Eastern Seaboard. They have never failed to impress with their onslaught of originals and covers along with their unstoppable showmanship.Cruxian has played multiple concerts/events at Wellesley College, Babson College, and Regis College to name a few. Recently they have invaded the Boston music scene with a performance at Bill’s Bar. Shortly afterwards, Cruxian entered Oak Grove Recording Studio and recorded 3 original songs from their setlist, which are exclusively featured here on MySpace.Cruxian’s style is energetic and aggressive, their stage show outrageous and insane, but there's One Question:Do you think you can handle it?
