Movies:anything with brain eating zombies(yes, including you steve and arrianna). These are just a few of my all time favorites: The Secret, Lost Boys, Like water for chocolate, Fish called Wanda, Half Baked, What the bleep do we know, Spirited Away, My neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Naussica,Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness, Vampire Hunter D 2 and I LOVE ANIME', Love and a 45, I really liked The Lord of the Rings trilogy, bIG Fish was good. Just reminded that I loved Grisly Man. Crash, Star Wars, The Motherhood Manifesto, Bowling for Columbine, Labyrinth, princess bride, Goonies, Legend, Shaolin Soccer and it was so fucking hilarious! So is Kung Fu Hustle. I like Baliwood cinema I saw this movie called Asuko that was killer and Hong Kong cinema rocks Naked Killer is a must see. So is Legendary Couple. I'll watch just about any Sci-fi or Kung Fu movie, so bust out the popcorn! |

Television:I used to be a hard core Zena fan. Oh Gabriel, let me kiss you!Moi, smoochie smoochie...the stunt woman that played Zena is so hot and so is Lucy Lawless. tv is evil and all but now that I have cable and DVR, it really sucks me in. I'm getting sucked into reality t.v. shows, which makes me feel dirty but I'm so facinated at how they have nothing to do with reality yet people believe all those stereo types that they reinforce. Ummm. I'm addicted to violence and cheesy sci-fi channel shows. I love Lost and Heroes and BattleStar Galactaga. I still watch Dark Angel reruns. I'm hopeless and I need help. |

Books:Some good witch books are "Ariadnes Thread" by Shekhinah Mountainwater and Zsuzsanna Budhapest's "The Holy Book of Women's Mysteries", "Spiral dance" by starhawk. "Cunt" by Ingia Muscio, Bell Hooks, Leslie Marmon Silko is such a fucking Goddess and I love her, "Wicked" by Gregory Maguire, Maus I & II by Art Spiegelman, "Motherhood Manifesto" by shit! I forgot. of course Hollywood 2000 with a small conribution by moi and we can't forget Tolkien folks, Lord of the Rings. Authors like Henry Miller, Anais Nin, Charles Bukowski have all contributed to my crazy mind. Can't forget Steve (He goes by pools on my space, his shit is really surreal)he invented "Flicktion" and "trashvellas" and has a weird blog called "superhot hotel", Silverstein, Tom Robbins, ...There's a book called "The Fool on the Hill" by Matt Ruff- it's not in print anymore but I love it. Tyrrany of Kindness by Theresa Funiciello. I love reading about mythology and theology. Cookie Jar writes very compelling poetry in Jesus tounge languages. My favorite book was given to me by my cousins who took my "last caterpiller" blog, illustrated it themselves then had it bound for my christmas gift. The best fucking book I've ever seen. My daughter wrote a book too about a baby that gets eaten by a monster and a lost dog. She is too much like me. Exept that she is the new and improved model of perfect imperfection. |
