BIOGRAPHY: Sabrina nasce il 23 agosto 1983 in una famiglia di musicisti (a causa di un ereditario cromosoma musicale). All’età di otto anni inizia lo studio del pianoforte che prosegue per sette anni. In seguito si avvicina al sax contralto che studierà per altri cinque anni. Il vero amore tuttavia scocca a 18 anni quando scopre il basso elettrico e si innamora del groove che le note basse e morbide dello strumento riescono a trasmettere. Nutre una profonda passione per il funky e il jazz. Nella vita apprezza l’arte, la fotografia (in cui si cimenta a livello amatoriale), la lettura, la filosofia. Ogni tanto scrive qualche poesia, per fissare su carta bianca i pensieri. Detesta certa televisione che sforna programmi per intorpidire e appiattire le menti. Studia Lettere comparate a Torino con spiccato interesse per l’ambito della produzione teatrale, e in particolare si dedica allo studio del teatro di figura. Ama tutto ciò che trasmette vita ed energia: La musica. Il colore. Sabrina was born on 23rd August 1983 in a family of musicians (owning to an hereditary musical chromosome). She began studying the piano at the age of eight and she continued it for seven years. Then she gets closer to the alto saxophone that she will study for other five years. At the age of 18 she falls in love with the bass guitar, her real passion. She likes the groove that this instrument is able to create, with its low and soft notes. She shows a deep interest in funky and jazz. In life she appreciates art, photography (that she likes practising), reading and philosophy. Sometimes she writes poetry, to fix thoughts on a white paper. She hates certain TV programmes that try to dull and flatten people’s minds. She studies comparative literatures in Turin and she’s especially interested in theatrical engagement. She loves all that transmits life and energy: Music. Colour. MY PHOTOS..
Ci lasciarono andare avanti per un bel po’, la mia tromba e il suo pianoforte, per l’ultima volta, lì a dirci tutte le cose che mica puoi dirti, con le parole. Intorno la gente continuava a ballare, non si era accorta di niente, non poteva accorgersene, cosa ne sapeva, continuavano a ballare, come se niente fosse. Forse qualcuno avrà giusto detto a un altro: "Guarda quello con la tromba che buffo, sarà ubriaco, o è matto. Guarda quello con la tromba: mentre suona, piange. "
