Di origini siciliane, è attivo dal 2000 nel movimento hip hop indipendente in Italia. Nelle sue canzoni affronta prevalentemente tematiche di libero pensiero che variano dalla critica, al sociale, all'introspezione. L'incontro con Manuel DisonestiL'incontro con MANUEL DISONESTI è una cronaca di combinazione, vita e destino, che segnerà un'evoluzione. Nasce attraverso internet. Manuel con la sua etichetta Wait Lab Records e in collaborazione con Edizioni Montefeltro, è il produttore esecutivo con il quale Kash One trova il suo assetto e orientamento definitivo, nella scena artistica e discografica dell' hip hop in italia. Dopo l'incontro iniziano i lavori e viene pubblicato il primo vero e proprio album, intitolato "Uomo Senza Crew".
