| ONLY is a culmination of the energy of Punk, the intensity of Metal, and the grooves of Rock, creating a unique brand of heaviness.The band was established in early 2001 by founders Erich Tran (guitar), Joe Shields (bass), Sol Bales (vocals) and Mark "Sparky" Reinking. Based out of Des Moines, Iowa ONLY has evolved out of previous bands formed in 1998. With an extreme dedication to writing songs with HUGE hooks, melodies, crushing guitars, grooves, and an intense live show, they've established themselves as one of the premier bands in the Midwest.The band has released three independent CDs: Self Titled, Apparitions, IMMORTAL.
