I'd like to meet:This may sound strange, but I would like to find someone who can teach me how to eat right, excercise, etc. I am only 41 and I just had bypass surgery. I have already quit smoking and that was the easy part believe it or not. I can't afford a professional trainer so if someone out there has any advise, bring it on. |
