| Rockbottom is a new venture brought to you by backLINE which has now launched at 333 Mother, Hoxton, London and has already scored a sceond venue in the shape of Plan B in Brixton. Following the sucess of 333's launch on the 14th May, launch 2 at Plan B is on the 29th May. The aim of backLINE is to give bands from outisde of London the opportunity to play in London and also to give London bands exposure to fans that come from outside London, therefore taking their music further afield. With reviewers and professional photographers attending shows, this is a great chance to play and be heard by the eager ears of the most exciting city in the world. Plans for expansion include genre specific nights with the introduction of an acoustic/singer/songwriter night and more venues to be announced in the coming weeks and months. The only way backLINE can be a success is with the support of fans both in and outside of London, as unfortunately it is the case that for the venues, it is often all about numbers through the door. At backLINE, we want to give the hottest new talent a place to play, as live music is what its all about!
