| .. BIO Swedish born, UK raised singer / songwriter Noush Skaugen took the online independent music world by storm in 2006. Classically trained on flute, piano and saxophone Noush played in jazz, wind and funk bands as well as the London Barbican Orchestra. Moving to New York with nothing but a suitcase and a guitar Noush teamed up with KrishnalXL to write and sing for his album «ONE». The internationally distributed album spun-off «Moment of Silence» which Noush and KrishnaXL co-wrote as the first single. In Los Angeles, Noush wrote and sung with Sugardip on what became Miami’s dance-floor anthem for 2005. With producer Richie Stites, Noush Skaugen’ solo debut «Palomino» went into production shortly after. Clubs like the legendary “Viper Room”, “The Derby” and “The Cat Club” became Noush’s livingroom in LA. Performances on HD.net, KJLA TV and numerous podcasts quickly attracted media attention. Swiss magazine “20 Minutes” labeled Noush Skaugen as a “Poster-child of the digital music revolution”. Airplay on Sirius Satellite Radio brought her to millions of listeners in the US and Canada.
