| LIT - SUPPORTO ITALIANO: CON QUESTA PAGINA VOGLIAMO RENDERE OMAGGIO E DARE SUPPORTO IN ITALIA ALLA BAND CALIFORNIANA di A. Jay Popoff (voce), Jeremy Popoff (chitarra), Kevin Baldes (basso), Allen Shellenberger (batteria). Si formano nel 1990 ad Orange County, California, inizialmente propongono metal, successivamente si spostano verso sonorità grunge e nel 1996 pubblicano il primo EP "Five Smokin' Tracks" (Malicious Vinyl), segue nel 1997 "Tripping The Light Fantastic" (Malicious Vinyl). Subito dopo la svolta, il gruppo arriva alla celebrità nel 1999 con l'album di platino "A Place In The Sun" (RCA), dal quale sono stati tratti i seguenti singoli di successo: "My Own Worst Enemy" (che mantenne la posizione numero uno nella classifica per 3 mesi e ricevette il Billboard Music Award per la canzone di maggior successo del 1999), "Ziplock" e "Miserable", che è stata la canzone della top-ten più ascoltata nel 2000 e famoso per la presenza di Pamela Anderson nel video. Partecipazione a Woodstock 1999, al Vans Warped Tour, e quasi 300 concerti fatti solo di supporto a questo disco, andando in tour con "The Offspring", i "Garbage", i "No Doubt". Nel 2001 esce "Atomic" (RCA), con la top-ten hit "Lipstick & Bruises", e un nuovo tour di supporto al disco con Kid Rock. I Lit lasciano RCA nel 2003 e fecero un piccolo tour prima di rilasciare nel 2005, l'album "Lit" (DRT Entertainment). Il singolo "Looks Like They Were Right" fu nella classifica delle hit top 40. Nel marzo 2006 la band ha aperto un ristorante/bar a Fullerton in California chiamato "The Slidebar".Needle And Thread (2006) da "Lit"
