THE FIRST ANNUAL MOON MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL Featuring : The MOON MOUNTAIN RAMBLERS, TAARKA, Blackstrap, The Sweet Harlots, The Mostest, Leif James, Valerie Orth Band, Miya & Kiarra Saito, Americana Project, Greg Botsford, Willy Carmiceal along with workshops and yoga July 5 & 6, 2008 At Elk Lake Resort, Bend Oregon The Moon Mountain Ramblers are proud to announce the First Annual Moon Mountain Music Festival. The event will be held at beautiful Elk Lake Resort in Bend, Oregon. The Festival will feature two sets of music from Bend's own Moon Mountain Ramblers per day. MMR will headline the main stage on both days. The concert will also feature national touring and acoustic music supergroup TAARKA, as well as local musicians, workshops and a late night dance party with the GROVE. Sponsored By: SONIC SOLUTIONS, Music Makers, Hoopdazzle, COSMIC DEPOT, Roots Organic, Quality of Life Massage, Motherwise Birth Center, Sustainable Desert Landscaping, String Theory Studios Currently the Ramblers are looking for Volunteers, Artists, Crafts People, and Vendors to help with the First Annual Moon Mountain Music Festival. Friends of the Ramblers will be required to work one 5-6 hour shift in return for tickets, camping space, and some MMR gear at the festival. Please contact us soon as slots are almost gone. We are looking for artists, as well as outdoor products (camping, hiking, boating, biking, etc.) clothes, and handmade crafts and more. The Ramblers will also be offering sponsorship opportunities for both individuals and businesses. This will offer a chance for your business to be involved with this local grassroots music festival, as well as a lot of exposure and advertisement for your business.
