About Me
...HISTORYHis journey in the world of music as a Dj began in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra), tourist place for excellence on the Galician coasts. There he worked in Public Relations at one of the best clubs they have, “LA ROCCA”. He always liked to collect music, mainly house. One day by chance, the manager of the discotheque (Jose Oliveira, well-known Dj and presenter of the 40 Main Ones, the famous radio program) listened to what music he had and in his own words said: "Fuck, that's good, you should play music…" ¿?¿? Ariel still doesn't know if those words were serious or not... but then he thought… ¿and why not? ...so then every afternoon, by himself, he found out how all the Dj equipment worked. And the more he discovered, the more he liked it…he learned very fast and the mixes improved remarkably with each passing day, so much so that two weeks later he did it so well that began to play there…for around 2000 people…also working with him on the first night were no other than Alex Gaudino and Antoine Clamaran, after that night, Ariel stayed as resident Dj of the discotheque for the whole summer, getting too some parties like guest Dj in the neighbor country (Portugal). After experiencing this as his first night, now nothing scares him. When the summer finished, he took his music to another club, this time as resident Dj of "La Metro", at least the second best discotheque of Pontevedra and with one of the best sound equipments of the northwest. In his professional trajectory all over Galicia (between his residences and guest Dj appearences...) he has played in : "X-Arenal", "Dolce Vita", "Posada de las Almas", "Vuitton", "Fifties", "Pirámide", "Antiguo", "Paladium", "Émbassi", "Soho", "Karmah", "Escape", "Suite", "La Rocca", "La Metro", etc... In 2005 he went to live to Madrid. Since he has been living in Madrid, between residences and appearing as a guest Dj, he has Dj-ed in the well-known restaurant "Locos Por El Fútbol" in Madrid, and in the clubs "VQ", "EGO CLUB", "Lokua", "Backstage", "Sala But", "Joy Slava", "Moma", "Kapital", "Bangaloo", "Superkluv", "Duom (Sala Heineken)"... During 2006 and 2007, in addition to his residences, a diversity of companies selected him to Dj for the celebrations that took place all around the capital. Among them Gillette, Jack & Jones, Phillips, Ono, the TV program Supermodel 2006 of Channel Four for the celebration of the conclusion of the program, the Elite models agency for the presentation of Elite Model Look, Dolce & Gabanna, Ralph Lauren & Paco Rabanne for the presentation of a new fragrances...Europride 2007 (official Dj of the international gay party celebrated in Madrid).... At the end of October of 2006, due to other commitments, he went to the city of Hamburg (Germany) until February, although he did have a residency once a week during his stay, in the room "Halo" (place that attracts the flower and cream of the Hamburg's night) and he participated as a guest Dj in a pair of parties celebrated in the "Golden Pudel Club", a precious club located by the river that crosses the city. At the moment he arranges his residences in Madrid with appearances like guest Dj in all the Spanish geography (Galicia, Asturias, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana, País Vasco, Castilla la Mancha, Canarias...) some appearences in clubs of Casablanca (Morocco), some portuguese clubs and in the mentioned city of Hamburg...without forget his work as music producer. During his career he has had the great pleasure of sharing a cabin with a panorama of Dj's and producers of the national and international circuit. Including Alex Gaudino & Antoine Clamaran (already mentioned), Dj Oliver, David Ferrero, Pedro del Moral, Miss Sheila, Dj Tocadisco, Gardeweg, Copyright, Brian Cross, Marco V, Sash!, Miguel Ángel Roca, David Gausa, Xavi Escolano, Jesse García, Nils Noa, Iván Pica, Ismael Rivas, Javi Reina ... amongst many others ... Also we can listen to him in the radio regularly, because he works for Loca Fm G, where he makes Electro, House & Electronic Music sessions mainly...his musical specialitys.MUSIC STYLEIf we have to define him with a single adjective it would be "versatile". We are sure of his validity because he has good musical taste in a wide range of scopes. Even so, his favourite is the tech house, progressive house & the new tendency of electronic music which are his musical specialitys. He also enjoys playing very elegant house (fusing funky, Latin...) & he can be more forceful, depending on the people and the place. In the end ... "good music at any moment"


HISTORIASu andadura en el mundo de la música como Dj comienza en Sanxenxo (Pontevedra), lugar turístico por excelencia de las costas gallegas. Allí trabajaba como Relaciones Públicas en una de las mejores discotecas del lugar, “La Rocca”. Desde siempre le gustó coleccionar música,sobre todo de estilo house. Un día por casualidad el gerente de la discoteca (José Oliveira, conocido Dj y locutor de los 40 Principales,el famoso programa de radio) escuchó lo que tenía en su poder y pronunció estas palabras : "Joder que bueno , deberías ponerte a pinchar…" ¿?¿? Todavía no sabe si esas palabras fueron en serio o no…lo que es seguro es que cuando escuchó aquello pensó… ¿y porqué no? ...y con la misma empezó por las tardes a aprender él solo como funcionaban todos aquellos botoncitos de los que consta un equipo de Dj. Y casualidades de la vida la verdad es que aquello se le daba bastante bien y cada vez le gustaba más…aprendía muy rápido y las mezclas mejoraban notablemente con el paso de los dias,tanto que a las dos semanas ya lo hacía tan bien que empezó a pinchar allí…para unas 2000 personas…y en un pedazo fiestón junto a nada más y nada menos que Alex Gaudino y Antoine Clamaran, quedándose a continuación como residente de la sala durante todo el verano, y consiguiendo varias fiestas como Dj invitado en el país vecino (Portugal). Con un estreno de estas dimensiones como comprenderéis ya no hay nada que le asuste. Acabado el verano y dado que esta discoteca solamente abría en este período del año se fue con la música a otra parte (nunca mejor dicho), concretamente como Dj residente a "La Metro", sin duda la mejor discoteca de Pontevedra (al margen de la anterior) y con uno de los mejores equipos de sonido del noroeste de la península. En su trayectoria profesional a lo largo y ancho de toda Galicia (entre residencias y como Dj invitado...) ha pinchado en : "X-Arenal", "Dolce Vita", "Posada de las Almas", "Vuitton", "Fifties", "Pirámide", "Antiguo", "Paladium", "Émbassi", "Soho", "Karmah", "Escape", "Suite", "La Rocca", "La Metro", etc... A finales de 2005 se va a vivir a Madrid. Entre residencias e invitaciones ha estado en el conocido restaurante madrileño "Locos Por El Fútbol" y en las salas "VQ","EGO CLUB", "Lokua","Backstage", "Sala But", "Joy Slava", "Moma", "Kapital", "Bangaloo", "Superkluv", "Duom (Sala Heineken)... Durante 2006 y 2007, además de sus residencias, diversas empresas le seleccionaron como Dj para las fiestas que se realizaban en toda la capital. Entre ellas Gillette, la firma Jack & Jones, Phillips, Ono, el programa Supermodelo 2006 de la cadena Cuatro para la fiesta con motivo de la finalización del programa, la agencia de modelos Elite para la presentación de Elite Model Look, Dolce & Gabanna, Ralph Lauren y Paco Rabanne para la presentación de sus nuevas fragancias...Europride 2007 (Dj oficial de la fiesta internacional del orgullo gay celebrada en Madrid)... A finales de octubre de 2006 tiene que partir hacia la ciudad de Hamburgo (Alemania) hasta Febrero por motivos externos a la música, aunque consigue hacerse residente una vez por semana durante su estancia en la discoteca "Halo",lugar que atrae a la flor y nata de la noche de Hamburgo, y participar como invitado en un par de fiestas celebradas en el "Golden Pudel Club", una preciosa sala situada al borde del río que cruza la ciudad. Actualmente compagina sus residencias en Madrid con sus apariciones como Dj invitado por toda la geografía española (Galicia, Asturias, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana, País Vasco, Castilla la Mancha, Canarias...)y con alguna aparición en clubs portugueses, clubes de Casablanca (Marruecos) y en la ya mencionada ciudad de Hamburgo...sin olvidar también su labor como productor musical. Durante su carrera profesional ha tenido el placer de compartir cabina con grandes Dj's y productores del panorama nacional e internacional. Cabe destacar a los ya mencionados Alex Gaudino y Antoine Clamaran, y también a Dj Oliver, David Ferrero, Pedro del Moral, Miss Sheila, Dj Tocadisco, Gardeweg, Copyright, Brian Cross, Marco V, Sash!, Miguel Ángel Roca, David Gausa, Xavi Escolano, Jesse García, Nils Noa, Iván Pica, Ismael Rivas, Javi Reina ... entre muchos otros ... También podemos escucharle habitualmente en la radio en Loca Fm G, donde realiza sesiones de House, Electro y Electronica...sus especialidades musicales.ESTILO MUSICALSi tuviesemos que definirlo con un solo adjetivo ese sería "versátil". Su buen gusto musical en todos los ámbitos le hacen ser totalmente válido en todos ellos. Aún así se considera a sí mismo como un enamorado del tech house, progressive house y de la nueva corriente de música electrónica, siendo éstas sus especialidades musicales. También gusta de poner un house muy elegante (fusionando funky,latin...) pudiendo ser también más contundente dependiendo del lugar y del público claro está. En fin... "buena música en todo momento".
