Nascida em Santa Maria (RS), no final de 98 em uma cidade com grandes bandas, mas poucas reconhecidas pelo estado talvez pelo fato de Santa Maria ser do "interior", a Texas trilhou sua estrada por cinco anos, fazendo shows e conseguindo um certo destaque na cena gaúcha, com algumas músicas sendo executadas em rádios com divulgação estadual e até mesmo fora do estado, em uma época onde a divulgação de bandas pela internet era quase inexistente. Em 2003 a banda se dissolveu sem lançar todas as músicas que tinham sido gravadas, a maioria delas gravadas ao vivo em estúdio (take one). Agora passado dez anos da formação da banda, seus integrantes resolveram tirar da gaveta as canções e lançar na internet. São seis canções que serão postadas uma por mês, com algumas inéditas para aqueles que acompanharam o trabalho da banda.Um abraço e valeu!!!!! Born in Santa Maria (located on the state more at south of brazil), at the end of 98 in a city with big bands, but few recognized, perhaps because of Santa Maria be a city of interior. The band fought on the road for five years, doing shows and achieving a some prominence in the local scene with some songs being used in radios with disseminating state and even outside, in an era when the disclosure of bands through the Internet was almost nonexistent. In 2003 the band was disbanded without releasing all the songs that were recorded, most of them recorded live in studio (take one). Now past ten years training of band, its members decided to take the drawer songs and launch the Internet. There are six songs that will be posted for a month, with some novel for those who followed the work of the band. A hug and thanks !!!!! |
