I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V3.6 ! Basically, I'm on this website to promote up and coming California bands...mostly local OC/LA/IE bands. There is an incredible amount of talent in local bands right here and I love supporting our local band scene by attending as many weekend shows as possible and encouraging my friends to do the same. On personal a level, I'm the very proud parent of a beautiful 21 yr. old daughter who is the light of my life and my very, very best friend. My friends are the second most important part of my life and should you be fortunate enough to become part of my "inner circle" of friends, my loyalty to you is endless. On a business note...I'm thrilled to have been part of the start of one of my best friend's booming photography/band promoting business, OC Foto, specializing in band photos...check us out...here on MySpace and at www.ocfoto.com...and please, PLEASE check out Fitzgerald's Irish Pub in Huntington Beach for some of the best live band performances you'll ever see! Oh..and I apologize for not having some fancy profile page with neat colors, moving pictures, music videos, backgrounds that take too damn long to download (I've seriously backed out of what were probably cool people's pages because of the frickin' time it takes) and any of that other crap...just not that important to me, sorry. Also, I'm all about music and bands...love all that...and I'm a rock-n-roll kinda girl...t-shirt, jean mini-skirt, boots (all year long!) You're NOT (unless business related) gonna catch me at GLAM with my natural 36D's hanging out of my tube top, 'k? Besides, I'm just too damn old for that, no matter how young I feel at heart. | FIRST and foremost, I'm interested in my beautiful daughter, Lexie (above on the right), her life and friends, like her adorable roommate, Ciera, in the pic with her. :) :) .. I love my dog, TANK, on the right above...with his best friend, Buster!! Tank's half Doberman, half St. Bernard, a St. Dobernard! :) :) I LOVE where I live and feel fortunate to have accomplished owning a home in one of the most beautiful cities in the country! .. I love my job...every day I work with some of the brightest attorneys, engineers and scientists recruited from all over the country! Next, SPORTS...Basketball (but afraid to say GO LAKERS too loud) .. NFL Football (looking forward to ANOTHER "building" season with the Miami Dolphins...FUCK OFF, RICKY WILLIAMS....WE DIDN'T WANT YOU BACK!! Sort of glad I held on to both of his jerseys, though. ;-) starting to get into college football (UT & University of Miami), tennis (ummm...I'll take a Roddick to go...and NOW, please). LOVE spending time in the sun and near water (Palm Springs, river, beach, Cabo, Hawaii.) I love shopping (for anything and everyone), loveD spending time with my dog (a red-nosed pitbull) who recently passed away... :(, reading, crossword puzzles, LOVE listening to live bands (mostly local bands...and it's almost an obsession) and love DANCING, DANCING, DANCING! | |
I'd like to meet:I'm not on here to try to hook up with anyone, find my soulmate, love of my life or knight in shining armor. I'm in a relationship with my best friend for the last 14 years who has also been the best step-dad to my daughter anyone could ever ask for, who has stood by me through good and bad, has made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the entire world and who has extended to me the patience, understanding and time I needed to make the right decision for the rest of my life. I will forever love him and be grateful to him for that.I think I've pretty much met my friends for life (old and new) but I'm an outgoing, fun, friendly and generous person always looking forward to meeting new people who are willing to take the time to really get to know me and appreciate me for just the way I am and who don't make me feel like shit for being human. Live and let live...my motto. Unless you've been there...don't judge others, regardless of their present circumstances or prior pasts. Live for now...and what's in front of you...that's all anyone can really handle these days. Don't waste precious time being a hater.
