Heroes:Meine "Bass-Heroes"beeinflusst wurde ich bei meinem Bassspiel von Jaco PastoriusAls ich das erste Mal "Birdland" von Weather Report hörte war ich vom Sound von Jaco gleich begeistert. Stanley Clarke Eigentlich mein absoluter Favorit :)Ich mag seinen Sound und vorallem seine sehr klare Melodieführung. Natürlich war "School Days" der Einstieg. "Good Bye Pork Pie Hat" ist auch einer meiner Lieblingsinterpretationen von Ihm. Dann gabs noch zahlreiche andere Einflüsse: Rocco Prestia von Tower of Power......."What is Hip" ist sehr cool :) Natürlich auch noch Led Zeppelin, Billy Sheehan.....Sting...... Sehr beeindruckt hat mich auch immer Miles Davis. Mit Marcus Miller am Bass später der absolute Hit. Aber auch die alten Standarts waren sehr cool. Man höre nur mal den Ton von Ron Carter an. Natürlich war es auch nötig mal Lines von Charlie Parker auf dem Bass zu spielen......ist aber sehr hart. Es gibt sehr viele sehr gute Bassisten aus den unterschiedlichsten Stilen. Klar war ich auch von den Slapgewittern von Mark King begeistert .......... Aber auch die Tightness von Roger Glover/ Deep Purple ist sehr gut:)>br> Im Endeffect ist alles "only just Music" :) naja man kann im Prinzip ja alles machen, Haupsache es groovt! |
