| The original Far Cry From Innocence was formed in mid 2005 as a combination of two local bands. After a few small line-up changes, the band changed it's name 2006. Slowly, all original member's of FCFI disappeared; Aaron (bass) to Texas, Travis (guitar) to the Army, Steve-O (guitar/bass) to Oregon, with Kyle (drums/backing vocals) and Matt (guitar) leaving for personal/other reasons. What started as a "do anything we want" band turned into straight up metal band. Kyle started writing new music months before he left for the Navy and it never got put to use. Now that Kyle is back and Matt is better than ever, it is time to bring back Far Cry From Innocence. We are prepared to do what it takes to bring back good time metal/hard rock. Not your shitty mainstream Nickelback rock. Not your cliche dueling guitar, yell all the time metal like every other metal band. We are here to make music that channels the past while shaping the future. We are here to do what we set out to do from the start... ROCK!
