| The band now known as day in decay started off formerly as A reason to kill in the early 00’s.Due to various line up changes over the years and break ups there is only one original member of the first line up being Josh (A.J) Lewis.The line up as it stands came together in spring 07. A few mishaps with previous members slowed things down but they now believe they are finally getting somewhere.The boys are currently working really hard putting in all the hours they can to make this band a success.There first recording was recorded at studio 160 within 2 days.The songs on that ep are the first songs the boys wrote as a band and showed the potential for them to create heavy technical music.Unfortunaly they didnt have the time to fully show what there music was capable of sounding like on a polished recording with only destroy showing what the boys can do with sitting down and nailing those riffs, brutal vocals and no remorse drumming style.They have since advanced on there brutality and technicality and are currently writing brand new songs to pummel your face and ears to the ground.These boys are truly a train wreck orchestra blending in any metal styles these guys feel can make there sound different and to produce unique songs that not only they love but there fans and listeners will.This band is completly about there love of music and meeting people play shows and having a fucking good time.These boys are in it till the end and want this to be there lifes as they have always felt this way about music.With a follow up EP hopefully being recorded soon and many gigs ahead plus a summar tour the future looks brutal for Day In Decay. We are now ready to do gigs so if anyone would like to book us just let us know.
