| Welcome to my bit of Myspace. I am here basically to promote my works as a writer and also make a few friends along the way. I am married and live in Essex and for the past 5 years i have suffered with depression, post traumatic stress and anxiety disorders. Now, before you run a mile shouting "this guy is a loon," I am pleased to say that for the most part of my life I am quite ok and seem to have come out of the other side of the bleak tunnel I was in. I have decided to write a book about how I got to that point and how it almost destroyed my life. I could dwell on the past and sometimes I do, but I decided to draw line under it all by writing this book and using it as a self help tool and a way to help non sufferers understand what it is like to go through this horrific illness. It is by no means the first book of its kind, but I have tried to do something different by injecting some humour and hope into it. Also will be a second book with my poetry, called "Do Beach Huts Dream?" Anyway if you wish to know more then please message me. Thanks for stopping by. | |
