Rise! Metal E-Zine es una revista electrÃ³nica Uruguaya dedicada a todos los estilos del Metal. Fue fundada en Agosto de 2005, en una Ã©poca donde eran pocos los medios dedicados al gÃ©nero en el paÃs. La idea de hacer un zine online surgiÃ³ debido a que era un formato no explorado anteriormente, y ademÃ¡s podrÃa llegar no solo a los fans de Uruguay, sino tambiÃ©n de todo el mundo, de manera completamente gratuita. El zine tiene como propÃ³sito informar sobre todo lo que estÃ¡ sucediendo en el mundo del Metal mediante entrevistas, biografÃas, informes especiales, reseÃ±as de CDs, demos y shows, ademÃ¡s de las Ãºltimas novedades y lanzamientos discogrÃ¡ficos de la escena, entre otras secciones. Si quieres enterarte de la salida de cada nueva ediciÃ³n escribe un mail a rise@risemetal.com con el asunto "SUSCRIBIRME". Metal E-Zine is an Uruguayan electronic magazine dedicated to all the Metal genres. It was founded on August 2005, when the media dedicated to the genre in the country was limited. The idea of doing an online magazine appeared because it was an unexplored format in the country at that time, and besides it could be available not only for the fans in Uruguay, but to all the fans in the world, completely free. The zine has the purpose of bringing info about everything that's happening in the Metal world through interviews, biographies, special features, CD reviews, concert reviews, plus the latest news and upcoming releases of the whole world scene, among other sections. If you want to subscribe to our mailing list, write an e-mail to rise@risemetal.com with the subject "SUBSCRIBE ME". IMPORTANT: - The zine is available only in Spanish. - The zine has NOT a printed version. It's available for free only on the website.
