www.FunnyKevin.com Check Out Kevin's Radio Aircheck BY CLICKING HERE Before the swarms of screaming fans, and this fancy myspace page, Kevin was just a little boy with one BIG dream; to win a Super Bowl. But since we all know that’s never going to happen… Young Kevin got his broadcasting start in the nation's capitol, working with "The Jack Diamond Morning Show" at ABC Radio's WRQX. From there it was up and down the beltway, with stints on WIKZ in Chambersburg, PA and WHFS in Washington D.C./Baltimore, MD. A Syracuse University graduate, Kevin made the move back up to Syracuse to take over the night show at WKRL/WKLL (K-ROCK). After a year of rocking the nighttime with a number 1 rated show, Kevin made the jump to mornings, and woke up Central New York with a healthy dose of hilarity. But the world of TV came calling, and Kevin made the move to New York City where he has been featured in numerous Vh1 and MTV shows (including "Vh1's 40 Most Awesomely Bad Breakup Songs,” "Most Shocking Celebrity Mug Shots Show," and “The Top 20 Video Countdown”). While at Vh1, Kevin was tapped to host the national morning show, “Vh1 Now,” which aired coast to coast on Vh1 Radio: XM 156. Vh1’s sister station MTV heard Kevin and wanted to use his voice and attitude for an MTV Spring Break Special. The result was “Cancun Confessions,” where Kevin stared in a series of short cartoons hosted by Rob Schneider. For most of 2005 Kevin could be heard on WXRK: K-ROCK in New York City, as "F'N KEVIN" and as the co-host of Westwood One’s nationally syndicated “Vh1 Weekly Rewind” show. In late 2005 Kevin was selected by Next Next Entertainment to host their new television show, "SNAP," which airs on Link TV. When he gets a chance, Kevin also performs stand-up comedy throughout the Northeast, and has appeared at Caroline's on Broadway, The NY Improv, NY Comedy Club and Gotham Comedy Club, just to name a few. In 2006 Kevin made the move to Los Angeles to take over as the host of THE PLAYBOY MORNING SHOW on SIRIUS satellite Radio (#198). You can hear his show weekdays from 7a-1p (east) and 4a-10a (west). 1) Nickname in high school: ”The Valedictorian”… although in retrospect I’m pretty sure they were talking to that Asian girl behind me. 2) Birthday: Jan. 1st (seriously). 3) Astrological Sign: Sedated. 4) Name of high school you attended: The School of Hard Knocks. 5) City, State: Washington, D.C. 6) Guidance counselor's career recommendation: ”Shouldn’t you have graduated by now?” 7) High School Club Affiliations The Rigmas: Our motto was “Together Forever, Trevor.” I just did it for the red jacket. 8) Favorite class in high school? (Lunch doesn't count) ESL- English as a Second Language - I don’t know why, but for some reason that class was a breeze. I pulled a “C” easy. 9) Favorite teacher: Lunch Lady Doris. 10) GPA: Not sure…but I once had a Blood Alcohol Level of 2.3. Does that count? 12) In high school I was voted most likely to: …show up at the 5 year reunion with hookers. Turns out they weren’t that far off; although I prefer the term “Rented Girlfriends” or “Hourly Soul Mates.” 13) Favorite high school hangout: The Gap. What can I say, khakis were king, and the mannequins never said “no!” OK, I’m just kidding…I never wore khakis. 14) First car you bought: Neon Rollerblades. 15) First job: I’m still holding out for a management position. 16) First concert: Raffi in the Park Tour. I was 3. Still to this day it was one of the craziest shows ever. 17) First album you bought: G&R: Apatite for Destruction. 18) Most embarrassing high school moment: When my friend, Donna Martin, couldn’t graduate because she got drunk at the prom, we made signs and marched to the courthouse on her behalf. I was all ready to make this huge speech, when some ass-clown named Brandon jumped in front of me and stole all my thunder. What a dick! 19) My biggest high school fashion regret was: …that girls didn’t dress as slutty back then. 20) Final Thoughts: It’s good to be at the greatest radio station in the greatest city in the world.
