En este tercer álbum, Ultraviolet continúa desarrollando su propio estilo. Aunque los temas están construido sobre una sólida base electrónica, hay un constante esfuerzo por huir de los clichés del synthpop. La instrumentación es compleja y la voz más potente y desgarradora que nunca. Así nos encontramos con las obsesivas 'Modern girls' o 'Back in the room', con un sonido más cercano al electrorock, mientras que 'Crash' o 'Thundering beat' alimentan el lado más pegadizo y bailable del disco. Por otro lado con temas como 'Addict', Ultraviolet demuestra su dominio en crear distintos ambientes y su maestría con los cambios de ritmo. Líricamente se hace también evidente la evolución hacia paisajes más complejos; la obsesión es una constante que sobrevuela el disco.
