In the last nine years Stama has risen to
become one of Greece's top underground DJs,
by playing at, and promoting some the best club nights and parties in the Greek capital, Athens, and Greece's second city, Thessaloniki. Many of these nights featured guest
spots from established DJ/producers, such as the Flash Brothers, Luis Paris and Echomen , Rennie Pilgrem, Phil Thomspon, Kasey Taylor, Demi, Cass , Tim Healey and more..
Stama has also started to establish himself as an international DJ of note, with gigs in New York,London(Ministry of Sound,Inigo,The Key,White House,El Passo, Telegraph, Turnmills, Soundshaft/Heaven, Mass, Cable Underground, 3rd Bass),Malta,Poland,Ibiza(Itaca),Piza,Rimini,Sardegna and Thailand.
In 2003 Stama founded Erase Records, to produce quality dirty/tech house and breakbeat. With 23 releases to date, including tracks from Rob Reng,Philipe De Bayar,Lars Moston,Karl Sav,Signal Drivers,Beauty School,Jono Fernandez,Ben Camp and Stama's own act,Erase looks set to do big things on the house/breaks scene.Few great Artists have called to rmx duties,like:Stone Lions,Strider,Tim Fretwell,Pole Folder,Zimbardo & Slezak. They have already gaining UK recognition when DJMAG did a special report for Erase Records, and have gained support from big name DJs including Hybrid,Force Mass Motion,Rennie Pilgrem,Deepgroove,A(na)rchitects,Dj 19,Villo,Anthony Pappa,Plump DJs, Elite Force, Future Funk Squad, Beauty School( x EMF),JDS,Paul Oakenfold,Vlad Socolov and Luis Paris.
Radio One/BBC broadcast Etostones: Polio Sose on October 2004.
In late 2003 Stama starts his residency at Eccentric Beats in Usa and in feb of 2005 starts his residency at Samurai Fm.
He starts his weekly Live Label radio show on Ibreaks early 2006.He gains also the recognition from wordwide websites like Resident Advisor and Progressive Sounds, In The Mix.com Au and DMC ( Australia) and the biggest British dance magazines like : DJ MAG,IDJ and many more..
His mixes has been broadcasted by Ministry of Sound radio and in many radio stations all over the world and in countries like: Russia, Canada, Romania, Poland, Uk, Peru, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina and Australia.
