| The Mulatto Patriot: A creator, remixer, and producer of original music that sets the vibe in any environment. This entrepreneur time and time again has broken the odds and has made money where most say it is impossible. His dedication to his love for hip-hop and focus when it comes to professionalism has given him his own lane for success. Not only in life but especially when it comes to music there must be a line of respect you do not cross or watch your fantasy have real life repercussions. (MP) The Mulatto Patriot was born on the south side of Chicago (Hyde Park) into a loving family that supports him in his musical adventures. He started with piano lessons at an early age and has used that musical knowledge to make some of the most original music the world has heard in a long time. It takes knowing and some strong balls to do what I do. (MP) His first weekly mix show was at WKRP at Rollins College in Orlando, FL (2000). Mixing from 3am to 6am gave me the complete freedom to spin the music I wanted to and I loved doing it. (MP) Also in that time he put out his first mix-tape Sounds of Wisdom Volume 1, putting on the local artist that he worked with while attending Full Sail. After Graduating MP came back to Chicago with education in mind and has been working with many local artists to independently make money and get deals to help bring the money that is in the music industry to Chicago. There is plenty Good Hip-Hop and Good Music out there in the stores, but not every artist out there has a marketing team behind their projects with hundreds of thousands of dollars to push them. Go out and find the music that you like. Do not let the radio stations and/or major chain stores that sell music convince you into buying what they call hot. Major record companies pay the radio stations and record stores to put their artist first and to shut-out the independents. (MP) Along with producing and making beats the Mulatto Patriot is an accomplished music engineer, DJ, MC, webmaster, show promoter and the Founder of Mulatto Patriot Productions which not only makes money for himself but others as well. Simple, Im not waiting for someone else to put me on. It was told to me that if you go single platinum with a major record deal that you will make the same amount of money if you were to sell $50,000 copies independently at $8 a CD. (MP) Currently MP is working with producers Mena and Glow and doing close knit projects with the MCs Oxajin, J-Hollow, and 1500 Entertainment.
