This is the DJP profile - a brief look at the history of dan lo.fi . It's just for the novelty value really! ' DJP vol_1 ' - Recorded between 1993-94 these tracks started out on just a Korg DDD1 drum machine. Extra production and Roland 303 acid lines were provided by OB1 (Arcadians) and Vertical Cat (6 4 12 8). Osymyso provided the extra decks n fx for River-Sea. ' DJP vol_2 ' - Random selection of old tracks made using an Atari ST, synth and drum machine. The tracks have all been mastered from analogue cassette tape. Between 1985-1989 I wrote many tracks on the BBC B Micro Computer. It had 8 bit sound - three channels of squarewave tones and one of white noise.
