Randy and Stacye collaborate to produce a simple, yet intimate, musical setting that positions the listener in a vast depth of melancholic meditation. Subtle guitar nuances echo against a gentle cascade of piano melodies while Stacye's voice adds to the air of dreaminess with her morose interludes. While languor in pace, "Solace" picks up with the occasional and appropriate blend of electric guitars, bass and percussion, culminating in an advent of emotionally empowered beauty.
