Listen online Monday to Friday 7pm till 10pm on either Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire/Essex/3CR or Northampton some times may vary or some stations have evening sport, 3CR is connecting Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire ( I went to school in Hitchin) Everyday I come accross many who inspire me with their commitment to help others, and so many talented artists who truly believe in their craft.It's great to be alive! I like to discover new people who are peaceful and kind. I have started to wonder lately if we will ever have enough time to hear every note or every song........
