Recently he has been making improvisational folk music under the name WOODEN SPOON. He was a member of the tragically short lived country outfit THE LOVERS and spent quite some time accompaning the great lost songwriter Russel James Palmer. He is a lover of all kinds of folk and cosmic musics and lives in North London with his beautiful girlfriend Christine and his baby daughter Maimie Loretta. Tai Shani is a Jane of all trades, artist, performer, gambler and rambler, a swindler singer and sharpist songwriter, an outfit partisan, a part-time ne'er-do-weller and a full time lover. She's been roaming the world since the day she was born and she's ready to go home.
