| White Noise was first formed in August of 2005 by Will Hough and Matt Shea. Ryan Halpin was quickly intorduced into the band soon after its birth along with Chris D'amico. Practices varied between ryans basement and Chris's drum room. The band started with a small following among friends by inviting them to open practices. It was quickly advised that White Noise played its first show at the YMCA "Battle of the Bands". Since then White Noise has been playing shows whenever there is a demand for them. Whether it is in someones backyard or living room or if it is in a small coffee house venue.
