| "KNEESH" is a communications specialist with more than a decade of experience under her belt. She has produced for an Emmy nominated television show, interviewed an impressive catalog of celebrities, won numerous industry awards, and dedicated her life to helping young people achieve their dreams. And its no wonder that shes committed to helping youth excel you see, "Kneesh" is only 26 years old herself!Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a child, "Kneesh" demonstrated a natural interest in understanding people. Described by her mother as a bookworm, she would spend hours reading the biographies of anyone from politicians to pop stars. Her hours of study came in handy when, at 15-years old, she applied for and earned the position of lead researcher on a widely popular local talk show called Teen Forum. During her four-year tenure with the ABC affiliate, Emmy Award winning show, Knyja was consistently promoted, holding the positions of Reporter, Co-host, Host and Associate Producer.Having written the Emmy nominated Welcome to Atlanta episode for the show, and possessing the talent to interview notable personalities ranging from Surgeon General David Satcher to Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons, "Kneesh" left Teen Forum to attend Columbia College in Chicago where she majored in Mass Communications and Sports/Entertainment Reporting. Soon after the start of her freshman year, "Kneesh" was approached by Black Entertainment Television (BET) to serve as the Midwestern Correspondent for the networks national talk show, Teen Summit. She worked with BET to cover numerous regional events, and co-hosted the BET National Safe Night Event."Kneesh" has also gained experience in the world of radio, having earned the coveted role of Intern at top radio station WGCI in Chicago, working closely with the stations Program Director Elroy Smith during her junior and senior years at Columbia. Before she graduated college, "Kneesh" interviewed the likes of Dr. Alvin Poussaint, Kanye West, Actor Danny Glover, Mary J. Blige, Busta Rhymes, Avant, Bow Wow, R. Kelly, Nelly, Actor Wesley Jonathan, Brian McKnight, Actor Michael Clark Duncan, Tyrese, Queen Latifah, Omarion, Ja Rule, Lyfe Jennings, 112, Akon, Young Jeezy, Seattle Seahawks Mike Green, Milwaukee Bucks Bobby Simmons, Los Angeles Clippers Corey Maggette to name a few."Kneesh" currently resides in Chicago and is living her dream, reaching young people through entertainment and education. She is the host of Chicagos premier entertainment show VIP TV. "Kneesh" was recently awarded the Louvenia Johnson Achievement in Journalism award and started the KNR Consulting Group, an independent marketing, promotions and communications company, in 2006.An avid sports fan, "Kneesh" would like to spend the next 10 years of her career building her company, covering sports, hosting her own lifestyle show, and reaching young women with positive messages on national scale.
