I major in Violin - check out a video of our quintet below. I've been playin' Violin for about 8-9 years now, classically trained. I play guitar on my free time (I started playing guitar in the summer of '03, self taught), and I play the piano. I enjoy writing music. Even if it's just dabbling. Just like every musician out there... Music's a way of life for me. I'm so lucky to have friends who are such amazing musicians. Being at DASOTA, you're surrounded by the best of the best at our age - instrumentalists, vocalists, theatre majors, dancers, visual artists, etc. Passionate and dedicated... and we still manage to find time for each other.Trying to understand me? I adore Acoustic stuff, and Country music! It's my favorite! I also love Classical (yes, I said classical), Alternative, Classic Rock, Folk, Bluegrass, Jazz, Reggae... if it's well done, it's worth listening to. P.S...
