In 1998, Black Grove 401, LLC was formed by Kompari E. Rudison and Mike Phillips to produce and distribute CDs, cassettes, and records to the public, and compete with all major and independent record labels at taking advantage of a multi-billion dollar industry. Our knowledgeable staff and trendsetting artist can compete with all major and independent record labels. Black Grove 401 Records mission is to be a viable entity and have a positive impact in the music industry Together; they have become thriving business partners while gaining popular notoriety across the country. It began 14 years ago, when the two met and decided to go into business together.
In 1993, Kompari met with Mike Phillips, CEO of Gemini Rose Printing and Delivery Service. They brought the two companies together to serve both the prospective corporate clientele, as well as the music industry officials to offer competitive pricing within both industries. Together we provide experience with creative graphics, news media, publications, and printing and communication services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual entrepreneurs. In the most recent years, the Kompari Entertainment Group became a partner to 1-Stop Graphics & Business Solutions, LLC in Houston , Texas . In addition, we joined forces with 1-Stop Distribution, Game 101 Magazine, J. Daniels, CEO -CJ Mack Management in Sacramento , CA. - Music District, LLC, Suaran Marshall, CEO, DeepWaters New Media, Kama Fisher, CEO, Music
