| I am a very driven and goal-oriented woman. I’m definitely not perfect…but I’m inspired to live my life to the best of my ability and to the fullest. I grew up in a little town outside of Bismarck, ND. Looking back, it was the best childhood anyone could have asked for and has made me the well rounded person I am today. It also is responsible for the tom-boy in me…friends describe me as "just one of the guys". But don’t get me wrong, I still love dressing up, shopping, and all those other girl things.
After graduating from Arizona State I took a job as a mechanical engineer and was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Ireland, Israel, and several places in the continental US. Since then I haven’t been able to get rid of the travel bug (nor do I want to). I’ve been to England, Spain, Greece, and several places in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Hawaii. Being the driven and career oriented person that I am, I transferred positions within my company and moved to the Portland, OR area a few years ago. I love the four seasons and the beauty of the NW. During this time I took my love for fitness to the next level and began competing in local figure competitions. It’s the hardest thing both physically and mentally that I’ve done, but the only thing I have found that the amount of work that is put in is equal to the satisfactory results at the end. I recently completed my MBA and continue to progress in my career. I am continuing to compete in figure competitions and hope to be successful at the National level and someday win my pro-card. I’d also hope to combine my love for fitness and my education to open my own training studio. I have been very blessed throughout my life. I have a wonderful, close family and friends.
